The potential client must be able to function independently (bath, cook, move around and take medications) without assistance from the house manager.
The proposed client must complete a pre-intake interview and be approved for admittance to the home.
The proposed client must be at least 18 years of age or older.
The proposed client must agree in writing to adhere to Inspired homes house rules and regulations.
The proposed client must be willing and agree to sign a drug screening release.
The proposed client must be willing to be subject to criminal background check & have a photo ID or printout of a police/sheriff’s criminal history report.
The potential client must be approved by both the house manager and director of Inspired Homes.
